Dear customer, we apologize for not meeting your desired satisfaction. Customers’ satisfaction is our top most priority. Each of our customer is valuable to us and we are never satisfied until our customers are.
• We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
• We accept any product with which you’re not satisfied except Tester box.
• To be eligible for a return/exchange, the returned perfume must not be used more than 10%.
• Return/Exchange requests are processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned item.
• To initiate a return process, fill out the return form on our website Return/Exchange Form or WhatsApp us on +923001830707. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Package sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Delivery charges are not refundable for your exchange/return order.
• Please inspect your order upon reception and send us a WhatsApp message immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case if the request is made after 24hours of the delivery, we will not be able to accept the request.
• Customers have to pay the delivery charges for the return/exchange order.
• Tester box is not refundable as it is solely for the purpose of testing the fragrances.
• For item exchange, once your return request is accepted, send us the item. After receiving and inspecting, we will notify you then you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
• For refund, we will notify you once we’ve received the item and inspected it, and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be asked to share your Bank account number to send you the refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
